- In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 8-10 minutes until fully cooked. Drain excess grease, sprinkle in taco seasoning, add water, and simmer for 5 minutes until thick.
- While the beef simmers, heat large flour tortillas in a dry skillet over low heat for about 30 seconds on each side, or wrap in a damp paper towel and microwave for 20-30 seconds.
- Spread a layer of cooked white rice in the center of a warm tortilla, followed by seasoned beef mixture, nacho cheese sauce, chipotle sauce, sour cream, cheddar, and mozzarella cheese.
