  • 4 tablespoons Pesto homemade or store-bought
  • 8 ounces Deli Turkey can substitute with roast turkey or chicken
  • 1 cup Roasted Red Peppers fresh bell peppers can be used if not roasting
  • 4 slices Provolone Cheese mozzarella or Monterey Jack can be used
For Extra Flavor
  • 1 cup Spinach or Arugula added for nutrition and crunch
  • 2 tablespoons Cranberry Sauce great with leftover turkey

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all necessary ingredients and slice ciabatta bread into halves. Cut turkey, roasted peppers, and cheese to fit.
  2. Spread pesto on cut sides of ciabatta. Layer turkey, roasted peppers, and cheese. Align the other half on top.
  3. Grill in preheated skillet or panini press for about 4 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Flip panini carefully and grill for another 4 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from heat, cool for a minute, then slice in half and serve.
