Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Soak plain toothpicks in water for about 20 minutes to prevent burning.
- Assemble the bites by placing a slice of beef kielbasa on the baking sheet, topping with a pineapple chunk, and inserting a soaked toothpick.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, sweet chili sauce, honey, and optional pineapple juice.
- Brush the glaze over each assembled bite.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the glaze bubbles and caramelizes.
- Allow the bites to cool for a few minutes before serving.
