Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Wash and dry lettuce, chop into bite-sized pieces, shred cabbage and carrots, shred chicken, and drain mandarin oranges.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped lettuce, cabbage, chicken, carrots, and oranges. Toss gently.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, honey, sesame oil, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and gradually add vegetable oil while whisking to emulsify.
  4. Pour dressing over salad mixture and toss gently to coat just before serving, topping with ramen noodles and sliced almonds.
