  • 0.25 cup Unsalted Butter Margarine won't cut it.
  • 0.33 cup Honey Any quality honey works.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Fresh minced garlic preferred.
  • 2 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce

Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Honey Butter Chicken
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Cut the chicken into bite-sized chunks and toss in the flour mixture.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the chicken in the skillet for 5 minutes on each side.
  5. Remove chicken and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
  6. In the same skillet, melt butter, add honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic, cooking until bubbly.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and toss in the sauce for about 1 minute.
  8. Serve hot, optionally with rice or mashed potatoes.
