Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine diced strawberries with granulated sugar and vanilla extract. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens to a syrupy consistency.
  2. Once thickened, remove from heat and either mash the strawberries or blend them for a smooth syrup.
  3. In another saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat, frothing it until it becomes light and foamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. In a mug, spoon in the strawberry syrup and pour brewed coffee or espresso over it.
  5. Carefully add the frothed milk to the mug, mixing it gently with the coffee and syrup.
  6. Top with whipped cream, crushed graham crackers, extra diced strawberries, and a drizzle of strawberry syrup to finish.
