  3. Cover the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F.
  4. Remove chicken and retain 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  5. Mix in honey, broth, vinegar, and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer and thicken for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet, coat in sauce, and heat through for 1-2 minutes.
