Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by slicing your beef into thin strips, about ¼ inch thick. Chop your chosen vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add your noodles and cook according to the package instructions.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef strips and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. In the same skillet, add oil if needed, then toss in the minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and honey, stirring constantly for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  6. Return the browned beef and chopped veggies to the skillet, stirring to coat everything in the sauce.
  7. Toss the cooked noodles into the skillet, mixing gently to coat them in the sticky sauce.
  8. Plate the dish garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
