For the Topping
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Coated in butter for enhanced crispness.
  • 2 tbsp Butter Mixed with breadcrumbs to achieve a golden, crunchy crust.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, drained artichoke hearts, and frozen spinach.
  3. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, 3/4 cup mozzarella, 3/4 cup parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil. Pour the mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
  5. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture over the casserole.
  6. Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  9. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
