- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and spices. Add chicken and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Sear the chicken for 5-6 minutes until golden brown. Remove and let rest.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds. Add heavy cream and chicken broth; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Bring water to a boil. Cook ramen noodles for 3-4 minutes. Drain and toss with sesame oil.
- Divide noodles into bowls. Spoon creamy garlic sauce over noodles, slice chicken and arrange on top. Add garnishes.
