Cooking Steps
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Season 1 to 2 pounds of chicken with salt and pepper. Sauté in the skillet for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium-low and add minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add 2 cups of cranberries and 1 cup of orange juice. Increase heat to medium and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet, nestling it in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh cranberries or orange slices, and serve immediately.
