  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, minced garlic, diced shallot, chopped fresh thyme, and the remaining diced onions. Mix well and add freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Prepare the ready-to-bake pizza dough as per the package instructions, shaping it into a circular form about 12 inches in diameter.
  5. Place the dough onto the preheated pizza stone. Spread the pumpkin mixture evenly across the surface.
  6. Scatter the caramelized onions on top, followed by fresh arugula and a sprinkle of freshly grated Havarti cheese. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
