  • 1 pack Puff Pastry high-quality frozen, thawed and cut into squares
For the Filling
  • 8 oz Brie Cheese creamy high-quality
  • 1 Ripe Pear small, fresh, can substitute with apples
  • 4 slices Prosciutto or substitute with crispy bacon or omit for vegetarian
For Garnish (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Honey for a sweet finish
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Herbs thyme or rosemary

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for even baking.
  2. Grease a mini cupcake tray with cooking spray or olive oil.
  3. Cut thawed puff pastry into squares and line each cupcake cup.
  4. Place a small piece of brie in the center of each puff pastry cup.
  5. Slice pear into thin wedges and layer on top of brie.
  6. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Top with prosciutto after baking and cooling slightly.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy the delightful flavors.
