Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Hot Honey Sauce: In a small saucepan, combine honey, hot sauce, butter, vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Heat over medium for 3-5 minutes, stirring until smooth.
  2. Prep the Shrimp: Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt, and black pepper. Transfer to a shallow dish.
  4. Prepare the Wet Batter: In another bowl, beat eggs and milk until smooth.
  5. Heat the Oil: In a deep pan, pour in oil to submerge shrimp halfway. Heat to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Dredge the Shrimp: Coat each shrimp in flour, dip into egg wash, and roll in flour again.
