  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup Chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Grated cucumber Squeezed to remove excess moisture
  • 1 clove Minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Fresh dill
  • 1 pinch Salt

Method
 

Meatballs
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Scoop the mixture and roll into meatballs, about 1-1.5 inches in diameter. Place on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Prepare the tzatziki by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, and salt until smooth.
  6. Once meatballs are cooked, let them rest for a few minutes, then serve with tzatziki sauce.
  7. Enjoy your Greek turkey meatballs in pita bread or alongside a fresh salad.
