Method
 

Preparation Steps

  5. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes until opaque and flakes easily, achieving an internal temperature of 145°F (62°C).
  6. Let the salmon rest for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh herbs and citrus slices before serving.
