  • 1 packet taco seasoning store-bought or homemade

  • 4 pieces tortillas flour or corn
  • 1 cup sour cream for topping
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown 1 pound of ground beef for 5–7 minutes.
  3. Drain excess fat, add taco seasoning, and stir until well-seasoned.
  4. Reduce heat, add 4 oz of cream cheese, and stir until melted and creamy.
  5. Fold in 1 cup of shredded cheese until melted.
  6. Spoon about 2–3 tablespoons of the beef filling into each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam side down in the baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese on top and bake for 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving with sour cream and fresh cilantro.
