- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it.
- Place the puff pastry or flatbread on the baking sheet and drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil evenly over the base.
- Thinly slice your ripe pears and layer them on the flatbread, slightly overlapping each slice.
- Evenly scatter the crumbled Gorgonzola cheese over the pear layers.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Once baked, let it cool for about 2 minutes, then drizzle honey, sprinkle walnuts, arugula, and black pepper on top.
