- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your muffin tin with liners or grease.

- In another bowl, mix pumpkin purée, eggs, and honey until smooth. For a vegan option, use flaxseed mix.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in any optional add-ins.
- Spoon batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Keep an eye towards the end to avoid overbaking.
- Remove muffins from the oven and cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
