Preparation Steps
  1. Step 1: Finely drain the crushed pineapple in a sieve or colander for at least 10 minutes.

  3. Step 3: Shape about one tablespoon of the mixture into a ball, and repeat until all mixture is formed.
  4. Step 4: Roll the balls in shredded coconut and chopped pecans until completely coated.
  5. Step 5: Transfer the coated balls into an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
