  • Melted Butter For coating the tops
  • Garlic Powder Adds bold garlic flavor
  • Italian Seasoning Mix of herbs like oregano and basil

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (or air fryer to 350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, mixing well.
  3. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit; slightly flatten each piece.
  4. Place about a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese and a few mini pepperoni slices in the center of each biscuit.
  5. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching and sealing them tightly, then roll into balls.
  6. Brush the tops with the seasoned butter mixture.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes in the oven or air fry for about 8 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving, ideally with marinara sauce or ranch dressing.
