- Preheat your oven to 375°F (or air fryer to 350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, mixing well.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit; slightly flatten each piece.
- Place about a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese and a few mini pepperoni slices in the center of each biscuit.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching and sealing them tightly, then roll into balls.
- Brush the tops with the seasoned butter mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes in the oven or air fry for about 8 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving, ideally with marinara sauce or ranch dressing.
