Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a mixer, beat granulated sugar, brown sugar, butter, and peanut butter until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla, mix until incorporated.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
  5. Scoop and roll dough into balls, optionally rolling in granulated sugar before placing on the baking sheet.
