  • 20 cookies Oreo Cookies Feel free to experiment with any flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Milk Use any type of milk (dairy or plant-based).
Cream Filling
  • reserved Cream Filling Use the reserved cream filling from the Oreos.
Optional Toppings
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Sauce Drizzle over the sushi rolls.
  • 1 cup Fresh Fruit Add sliced strawberries or bananas.
  • 1/4 cup Crushed Nuts or Coconut Flakes Sprinkle on top for added crunch.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Separate Oreos by twisting to remove the cookie halves from the cream filling. Set aside the cream filling.
  2. Crush the Oreo halves in a zip-top bag using a rolling pin until they form fine crumbs.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add a splash of milk to the cookie crumbs and mix until a thick, dough-like consistency forms.
  4. Spread the cookie mixture on a sheet of plastic wrap, maintaining a rectangle shape about 1/2 inch thick. Spread the cream filling evenly over the top.
  5. Roll tightly using the plastic wrap into a log shape, then slice into 1-inch thick pieces resembling sushi rolls.
  6. Arrange the cut sushi pieces on a plate and serve with optional toppings.
