- Separate Oreos by twisting to remove the cookie halves from the cream filling. Set aside the cream filling.
- Crush the Oreo halves in a zip-top bag using a rolling pin until they form fine crumbs.
- In a mixing bowl, add a splash of milk to the cookie crumbs and mix until a thick, dough-like consistency forms.
- Spread the cookie mixture on a sheet of plastic wrap, maintaining a rectangle shape about 1/2 inch thick. Spread the cream filling evenly over the top.
- Roll tightly using the plastic wrap into a log shape, then slice into 1-inch thick pieces resembling sushi rolls.
- Arrange the cut sushi pieces on a plate and serve with optional toppings.
