Cooking Instructions
  1. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat until bubbling lightly and golden, around 1-2 minutes.

  3. Pour in the milk, stirring continuously to bring to a simmer, which may take 3-5 minutes.
  4. Cook the mixture for about 10-12 minutes until the pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese until completely melted and creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve warm.
