Preparation

  3. Step 3: Make the Cheesecake Filling - Beat cream cheese, add sugar, sour cream, heavy cream, and cooled milk, then mix in eggs.
  4. Step 4: Bake the Cheesecake - Pour batter into the crust, create a water bath, bake at 325°F for 50 minutes.
  5. Step 5: Cool and Chill - Let cool in the oven, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Step 6: Prepare the Mulberry Topping - Cook mulberries with sugar and lemon juice, thicken with cornstarch mixture, and cool.
