- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Prepare a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into muffin cups and bake for 5 minutes.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add granulated sugar, then add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract and heavy cream until smooth.
- Spoon filling into crusts, filling about ¾ full. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until edges are set but center jiggles.
