Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut out 24 circles, each about 2 inches in diameter.
  3. Gently press each circle into the muffin tin to form cups.
  4. Place a cube of brie cheese in each cup and top with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  5. Brush the edges with egg wash using a pastry brush.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool briefly and garnish with thyme or chopped nuts before serving.
