Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Season the ribs with sea salt and black pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven and sear the ribs for 4 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove ribs, sauté yellow onion for 5 minutes, then add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Stir in beef stock, bourbon, maple syrup, tamari, vinegar, and mustard.
  6. Return the ribs to the pot, ensuring they are submerged in the sauce.
  7. Cover and braise in the oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
  8. Rest for 10 minutes, skim off excess fat from the sauce.
  9. Serve with sides like mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
