Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips 60-70% cocoa
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped dates pitted
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the dark chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  4. Fold in the chopped dates, pistachios, and shredded coconut until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Once set, lift the chocolate out of the dish using the parchment paper and cut into bars or squares.
