Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 1–2 minutes.
  2. Add 1 pound of sliced chicken breast. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
  3. Stir in 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 tablespoon of minced ginger. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Toss in sliced bell pepper and onion, cooking for 3–4 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons of gochujang, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon of honey.
  6. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring well to coat. Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
