Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sausage, cream cheese, and well-drained Rotel tomatoes. Mix until smooth.
- Add the shredded cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Stir until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1 to 1.5 inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet with space in between.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
