Step-by-Step Instructions for Monkey Bread
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your Bundt or tube pan.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and place in a zip-top bag with granulated sugar and cinnamon. Seal and shake until coated.
- Spread the coated biscuit pieces unevenly into the greased pan, allowing them to stack on each other.
- Melt 1 cup of butter with 1 cup of brown sugar in a saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring until smooth. Pour over biscuit pieces.
