Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather the mini muffin tin and melted butter for greasing.
  2. Brush the muffin tin with melted butter and place a wonton wrapper in each cup, pressing gently. Bake for about 7 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. In a bowl, mix diced jalapeños, softened cream cheese, sliced green onions, shredded mozzarella, and half of the cheddar cheese until creamy.
  4. Remove the tin and spoon the jalapeño mixture into each cup, topping with remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake the filled cups for 12-14 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
  6. Cool for 3 minutes, then transfer to a serving platter and enjoy warm.
