Ingredients

  • 2 cans 16.3 oz each refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce for dipping

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray or butter.
  2. Open the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the biscuit pieces, mozzarella cheese, chopped pepperoni, and Parmesan cheese. Toss until well mixed.
  4. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using).
  5. Pour the butter mixture over the biscuit mixture and toss until all pieces are evenly coated.
  6. Layer the coated biscuit pieces into the prepared bundt pan, pressing down gently as you go.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the biscuits are cooked through.
  8. Allow the monkey bread to cool for about 5 minutes before inverting it onto a serving plate.
  9. Serve warm with pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
