  3. Add Peppermint Extract: Stir in peppermint extract into the chocolate mixture.
  4. Prepare the Swirl Layer: Melt white chocolate with sweetened condensed milk in a clean double boiler until glossy.
  5. Create the Festive Color: Add red gel food coloring and mix gently for swirls.
  6. Assemble the Fudge Layers: Pour three-quarters of the chocolate mixture into the pan. Add spoonfuls of the swirl layer.
  7. Swirl the Mixtures: Use a skewer to create swirl patterns without over-blending.
  8. Finish with the Remaining Chocolate: Pour the rest of the chocolate over the swirled peppermint layers.
  9. Add the Crunchy Topping: Sprinkle crushed peppermint on top and lightly press them in.
