Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by shredding your chicken using a stand mixer or hand mixer, about 2 cups of cooked chicken.
  2. In your slow cooker, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, and blue cheese dressing. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Set your slow cooker to low for about 1 hour; stir and cook for an additional hour until heated through.
  4. Hollow out the pumpkin by cutting a lid and removing the seeds and pulp.
  5. Spoon the dip into the hollowed pumpkin, optionally cover with additional dip and replace the lid. Serve with various dippers.
