  • 2 tablespoons Butter or olive oil/cooking spray

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the ground sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes until browned and no longer pink. Drain excess grease.

  3. Mix the scrambled eggs with the cooked sausage to create the filling for the sandwich.
