Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Brown 1 pound of ground beef until fully cooked, around 5-7 minutes. Drain fat, add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until thick.
  2. Heat 1 can of refried beans in a microwave-safe bowl or on the stove for 3-5 minutes until hot.
  3. Spray air fryer basket with cooking oil. Layer tortilla chips, refried beans, seasoned beef, cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, pickled jalapeños, and red onion.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Air fry for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Transfer nachos to a platter, sprinkle with cilantro, and serve with optional toppings like sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
