Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) or 200°C (390°F) for non-fan settings. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Drizzle honey over puff pastry sheets and spread evenly with a spatula. Lay the pastry on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle walnuts, crumbled blue cheese, grated Parmesan, and chopped thyme evenly over the pastry. Season with sea salt and cracked pepper.
  4. Roll each pastry sheet into a tight log and slice in half lengthwise. Tuck any toppings back into the rolls.
  5. Gently twist each rolled log, then place them on the baking sheet in a coil shape with space in between.
  6. Brush a thin layer of milk over the twisted logs for a golden finish while baking.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and puffed. Watch for a deep color.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes and garnish with extra thyme. Serve warm for ideal flavor.
