  • 1 cup elbow macaroni for mac and cheese
  • 2 cups milk for cheese sauce
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder for mac and cheese

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken by placing chicken tenders in a bowl and pouring in buttermilk. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the coating by mixing flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  3. Fry the chicken in hot oil at 350°F for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  4. Make the hot honey glaze by whisking together honey, hot sauce, and melted butter in a small bowl.
  5. Prepare the mac and cheese by melting butter, whisking in flour, then adding milk to thicken the mixture.
  6. Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth, then add cooked macaroni.
  7. Bake the mac and cheese at 375°F for 20 minutes until the top is golden brown.
