Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the skin is crispy.
While the chicken is baking, combine the hot honey and apple cider vinegar in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until warmed through and well combined.
Once the chicken is done, remove it from the oven and drizzle the hot honey mixture over the chicken thighs.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
