- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Gather your baking sheets and parchment paper.
- Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Toss florets with cornstarch until well-coated.
- Spread cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle with vegetable oil. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Combine soy sauce, honey/maple syrup, rice vinegar, minced garlic, ginger, and sesame oil in a saucepan. Heat over medium flame for about 5 minutes.
