Step-by-Step Instructions for Grilled Cheese Burrito
  1. In a medium skillet, heat over medium heat and add ground beef. Cook for 8–10 minutes until no longer pink, drain grease, stir in taco seasoning and cook for another 5 minutes.
  2. Stack flour tortillas on a plate and warm them in the microwave for about 20 seconds to make them pliable.
  3. Spread each warmed tortilla, layer with cooked rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, chipotle sauce, and sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Wrap tightly.
  4. Preheat a non-stick skillet, add butter or oil, place burritos seam-side down, grill for 3–4 minutes, flip and grill until crispy.
  5. Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, slice in half, and serve warm with chipotle sauce or guacamole.
