Step-by-Step Instructions for Grilled Cheese Burrito
- In a medium skillet, heat over medium heat and add ground beef. Cook for 8–10 minutes until no longer pink, drain grease, stir in taco seasoning and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Stack flour tortillas on a plate and warm them in the microwave for about 20 seconds to make them pliable.
- Spread each warmed tortilla, layer with cooked rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, chipotle sauce, and sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Wrap tightly.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet, add butter or oil, place burritos seam-side down, grill for 3–4 minutes, flip and grill until crispy.
- Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, slice in half, and serve warm with chipotle sauce or guacamole.
