- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by greasing it lightly with butter or oil.
- Lay one sheet of phyllo dough in the greased baking dish and brush it lightly with melted butter. Repeat with six more sheets.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the semolina flour, eggs, granulated sugar, whole milk, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Pour the semolina mixture over the prepared phyllo base evenly. Cover with remaining phyllo sheets, buttering each layer.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until top is golden brown and filling is set.
- Allow to cool for about 10 minutes, then drizzle warmed honey over top and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
