  • 1 teaspoon Paprika smoked paprika can be used for a unique flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning or your favorite seasoning brand
For Creaminess & Flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Butter can be omitted for a lighter option
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese or substitute with cheddar or other melting cheese

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F or prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  2. Drizzle oil over chicken tenderloins and baby potatoes, then sprinkle seasoning evenly and rub it in.
  3. Arrange seasoned baby potatoes in air fryer or on baking sheet; roast for about 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  4. While potatoes roast, heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 7-10 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  5. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet after chicken is done, stir for 1-2 minutes until garlic is fragrant.
  6. Combine crispy potatoes with chicken in the skillet, tossing together in the garlic butter mixture.
  7. Pour garlic parmesan wing sauce over chicken and potatoes, stir to coat, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the mixture, cover skillet, and let sit on low heat for about 5 minutes until melted.
  9. Serve warm, garnished with chopped scallions if desired.
