  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish by greasing it.
  2. Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Drizzle olive oil and toss until coated.
  3. Mix grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and paprika in a separate bowl. Coat the chicken pieces with this mixture.
  4. Wash and cut baby potatoes into halves or quarters, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Layer the seasoned potatoes in the baking dish, placing the coated chicken pieces on top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and is golden brown.
  7. Let the dish rest for 5 minutes before serving, garnished with fresh parsley.
