Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown 1 pound of ground beef for 6-8 minutes, then drain excess fat.
  3. Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce to the beef. Stir for 2 minutes, then mix in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and roll each biscuit into a flat circle about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Place 2 tablespoons of the cheesy beef mixture in the center of each biscuit, fold, and seal tightly. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Whisk together melted butter and minced garlic. Brush the mixture over the tops of each bomb.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the tops of the bombs.
