  • ¾ cup light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg or 1 tablespoon egg replacer with 2 tablespoons water for eggless
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips or dairy-free chocolate chips
  • ½ cup Halloween sprinkles
  • ½ cup candy eyeballs optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
  2. In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Mix in egg and vanilla.
  3. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until a soft dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips and sprinkles.
  4. Chill the dough wrapped in plastic for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  6. Scoop dough onto the baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes. Press candy eyeballs into cookies after baking.
  7. Let cookies cool on the sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
