- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Butterfly the chicken breasts and pound them to about ¼ inch thickness for even cooking.
- Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with whisked eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan and spices.
- Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
