  • 1 drop Red Food Coloring Optional for visual appeal.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips, and peppermint extract over low heat. Stir until melted and smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Divide the mixture into two bowls. Stir semi-sweet chocolate chips into one bowl. In the other bowl, add red food coloring if desired.
  4. Pour the first chocolate mixture into the baking dish. Dollop the peppermint mixture over the top and swirl with a toothpick.
  5. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies over the swirled fudge while warm.
  6. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set, then lift out using the parchment paper.
  7. Cut into squares and serve or package for gifts.
